Booking & Reservation Policies
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Please review the reservation details below regarding cancellations, modifications and refunds.
Flexible reservation
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. Reservations are confirmed by payment of 50% deposit of the total stay cost. The remaining 50% of the reservation cost must be paid 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations: Guests will be charged 50% of the total stay cost if they cancel within 15 days before arrival (local time applies). If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged 100% of the total stay cost. For cancellations made until 15 days before arrival, the reservation deposit is refunded but please note that transaction charges might be applicable. Guests are able to modify the dates of the stay depending on availability.
Prepaid reservation
Reservation is confirmed by full prepayment of the total stay cost.
Cancellations: Please note that cancellations or modifications are not permitted in this type of reservation.

Check-in & check-out procedure
Check-in time: between 15:00 and 21:00
Check-out time: between 8:00 and 12:00
We take into account all special requests but please keep in mind that any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be communicated and approved in advance by the management. Stays extended past the check-out time, without prior approval, may incur additional charges. Please notify us before check-out and make sure that all additional charges (e.g. mini-bar, taxes etc.) are settled before departure.
Smoking
Because of the nature of our lodging, which is located amidst the olive groves and in order to minimise the risk of wildfires, smoking is not permitted in all outdoor areas and all indoor spaces. Vaping or smoking of any kind or any substance is not permitted. For the comfort, health, and safety of all guests, we are proud to provide a 100% smoke-free environment. A deep-cleaning fee of 250 Euros will be charged to any guest who smokes in a non-smoking area. Guests are also responsible for any damages caused by smoking.
Children
Inspiro Retreat welcomes children of all ages. Minors may only stay if accompanied by adult(s). Under strict European and Greek laws, minors (under 18) are generally not permitted to check into or stay in a hotel room without an accompanying adult or legal guardian. Legal guardians bear full and sole responsibility for the supervision, safety, and conduct of the minors for the entirety of their stay.
Charges: Reduced charges apply for children aged between 3 -12 years old. Children aged under 3 years old stay free of charge and a baby cot is provided, depending on availability. Please check for availability upon reservation or prior to arrival.
Parking
There is a private designated parking lot within our premises. Parking is provided for free and there is no need to book in advance. An electric vehicle charger is available on site at extra cost.
